Introduction
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of ADD68, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting ADD68.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to earn commissions on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to ADD68 through your website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the ADD68 Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid monthly. To qualify for a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
Self-referrals are not permitted, and you will not earn commissions on your own accounts.
Payments will only be issued for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not qualify for commissions.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading links, etc.).
Spamming (mass emails, mass postings, etc.).
Advertising on sites that promote illegal activities.
Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship in promotions that qualify as endorsements under applicable laws.
Violation of intellectual property rights; ADD68 reserves the right to require licenses for the use of its trademarks.
Offering rebates or any form of kickbacks as incentives. However, bundling other products with ADD68 is acceptable.
Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.
Additionally, ADD68 reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement or for no reason.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links on your website and in your email messages. You may also promote the ADD68 site through online and offline advertisements.
You can use the graphics and text provided by us, or create your own, as long as they comply with the conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Coupon and Deal Sites
ADD68 may occasionally offer coupons to select affiliates. If you are not pre-approved to promote a coupon, you may not do so. Terms for promoting deals or coupons include:
Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links or images.
Affiliates may not bid on ADD68 Coupons or other phrases implying coupons are available.
Pop-ups or similar actions that set affiliate cookies are only allowed if the user has expressed clear interest in activating a specific deal.
Users must see coupon details before an affiliate cookie is set.
Affiliate sites must not mislead users into thinking deals are available when they are not.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is not permitted without prior written permission.
Liability
ADD68 will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (such as loss of revenue) due to affiliate tracking failures or other issues. We do not provide any warranties regarding the Program and will not be liable for interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and ends when your Affiliate account is terminated. We may modify the terms at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your account. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADD68 and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your actions related to this Agreement.
Electronic Signatures
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the terms of your participation in the ADD68 affiliate program. By completing the application process, you provide an electronic signature that is legally binding.
