Our Return Policy

We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility. Each customer is allowed two complimentary returns per year. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

For a quicker exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. ADD68 is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items designated as final sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resizing.
  • Personalized Items: Items with customizations are non-refundable and may incur a restocking fee for exchanges.
  • Special Order Items: Items involving custom specifications are non-refundable, but can be exchanged for a different design with a restocking fee.
  • Custom Size Items: Items with custom sizes are non-refundable.
  • Worn or Altered Items: Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Replacement/Exchange Items: Items that have been worn or sent as replacements/exchanges are non-refundable.

How to Prepare a Return or Exchange

To return an item to ADD68, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Your Carrier and Initiate Your Return: If returning within 30 days, a free shipping label will be emailed to you once you initiate your return (limit of two complimentary returns per customer per year). All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

 

2.Package Your Item(s) Securely: Use the original packing materials to securely package your items.

 

3.Insure Your Return Shipment: It is strongly recommended to insure your return shipment for its full value, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

After Your Return Is Received

Returns will be processed within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt of your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or as store credit as you requested.

If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact an ADD68 consultant for authorization. The standard shipping rate prior to any discount is non-refundable.

Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact ADD68 customer support. We will attempt to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, although some changes may lead to shipping delays. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
